DELIVERY POLICY
All orders received Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM local time are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM Fridays, weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day or on the requested day. We are not able to offer our delivery service on Sundays and statutory holidays.
There will be a delivery service charge added. It is automatically calculated based on the distance driven between our studio and recipient’s location.
Minimum charge is $10.00, maximum $30.00.
We deliver within 30.0 km radius from our studio located at 17 Overlea Blvd. Unit B, Toronto M4H 1R4, Canada.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. All flowers, plants, containers will be substituted with products of equal or greater value.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will do our best to meet your expectations. All you need to do is notify us within one day of receipt of your order. You may call or email us.
